The content of this album -which comes with a rather kitschy cover in my opinion- sees a continuation and slight extension of the emotive yet compelling and profound sound pallet musician Axel Stupplich displayed on the subdued sounding “Resurrection” and “Sea Shore”. Released on April 10, 2026, it serves 74 minutes of warm textures, calm sequences and rhythms, building a spacious, gentle yet smooth aural painting featuring distinct ambient music vibes altogether. The great bass lines are a lovely bonus to them all. I yet say it’s a hopeful, promising and confident tapestry of sounds that’s embracing and inviting the listener into a gracious world that detaches effectively from the state, ongoing chaos and buzz of the world as many of us experience almost every day. Max “Maxxess” Schiefele is thanked for the (indeed) excellent sound after countless hours of mastering “The Power of Love”. All in all, I rate it between 3.5 and 4 stars. Nicely done, Axel! |
