The contemporary electronic music of Create’s second album, “From Earth to Mars was created with the aid of the software program Reason in the composer’s private studio between March and May of 2004. It resulted in an outcome still rooted in the sequencer domain and Berlin School electronics in particular. If you fell in love with Mr. Humphries’ strong debut “Reflections of the Inner Light”, you’re going to like this. Once more, Create fires up his melodic synth playing and peppy sequencing, dressing them up in a tasty manner with solo voices, varied spaced-out soundscapes, and gentle electronic rhythms. I’d say this one is a no-brainer if you fancy “Reflections from the Inner Light”. |
