Well, these two musicians -who first met back in 1997- don’t need to prove anything anymore as they are both very well skilled and brought a long list of releases (solo as well through collaborations) to the table. The 3-cd “In Perspective” (comprising recordings established between December 2024 and September 2025) is another celebration of classic Berlin School electronic music. All was created with an arsenal of fine vintage instrumentation, with Gert adding some tasty acoustic drumming and a slice of e-guitar to make the outcome shine even more. There are plenty of positive, heartwarming notes and atmospheres along a couple of deeper, mysterious passages encountered on the three long tracks, featuring some great sequencing, assorted soundscapes and pads. All in all, this recordings makes a(nother) recommended addition to their extensive catalogue. Chapeau to you two!
