Release data:

moonbooter – Cosmoclimax
CD, Mellowjet Records, 2009

With “Cosmoclimax” by Moonbooter, aka Bernd Scholl, adds another chapter to his growing catalogue of what he likes to call “hybrid electronic music”.
With one exception, the whole cd features the studio version of Moonbooter’s live concert “Sun, Moon and Stars”, performed at Planetarium Bochum in February 2009, although the sequence of tracks is different.

The ten tracks offer a comfortable ride of smooth driving rhythms, which are nicely accompanied by lush, elevating melodies, sequences, choirs and a few funky guitar and vocal bits, occasionally boarding the trance/chill-out genre (e.g “Chill me”, “Dark Dark Heart”)

Overlooking the whole album, the accessible music of “Cosmoclimax” is an enjoyable experience, inviting the listener to relax, feel, dream, and visualise your own planetarium images as the music washes over you.
